A bread making machine, also known as a breadmaker, is a home appliance that converts raw ingredients into baked bread. It consists of a bread pan with one or more built-in paddles at the bottom mounted in the centre of a small special-purpose oven. This small oven is typically controlled by a simple built-in computer with settings entered through a control panel. Most bread machines have different cycles for different types of dough, such as white bread, whole grain bread, and European-style bread.
