Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko will step down as president when the new constitution is adopted. Lukashenko said, without specifying when the time would come. He also said that the current constitution needs improvement because too much power is concentrated in the hands of the president. Alexander Lukashenko made the remarks at a hospital, where he wore a life jacket and spoke to patients, wearing a mask but not gloves.
