The new platform of the Ioniq 5 enables the flexible design of the drive configuration. Its wheelbase is three meters and, despite the narrow overhangs, its length is 4.64 meters. This not only creates the space required for the large battery but also creates an airy interior. The Ioniq also offers the option of charging e-bikes or other electronic devices while driving or when stationary via two 3.6 kW outlets and, according to Hyundai, the optional solar roof can provide energy for 2000 kilometres per year.
