Both of them offer services that help employers decide whether an applicant is reliable or not. In order to simplify the hiring process employers should check as many websites as possible before hiring an applicant. Employers must also determine if they are legally able to conduct background checks on prospective applicants. Although some states permit employers to conduct criminal records screening on applicants, however, there are a variety of situations in which they cannot under state or federal law.
