Kia Corporation unveiled the first complete images of the exterior and interior of the EV6, its first dedicated electric car (BEV), ahead of its world premiere in March. EV6 was designed under the new design philosophy of the brand "Opposites United", which is inspired by the contrasts found in nature and humanity.

With a distinct crossover-style design and based on the brand's new modular platform (E-GMP), the EV6 is Kia's first dedicated 100% electric car to be influenced by the new design philosophy, embodying the Kia brand's focus on electrification. The "Opposites United" design philosophy begins with the EV6 and will characterize the design of all future Kia models.

The new Kia EV6 electric car is the result of the collaboration between all three design studios in the global Kia network in Namyang (South Korea), Frankfurt (Germany), and Irvine (California, USA).

A distinct product of the electric vehiclees era, the interior design benefits from the ample space made possible by the dedicated E-GMP platform developed by Kia, which offers increased volume compared to previous Kia EV models, based on the architecture of existing conventional models.

The seats are thin, light and with a contemporary style, being covered in modern fabrics, created with recycled plastics, which amplify the feeling of open space in the passenger compartment.

The new Kia EV6 electric car will have its world premiere in March 2021, in a special online event.
